Wayne P. Yetter
Mr. Yetter has been a member of the board since January 2006, and is the founder of BioPharm Advisory, LLC and is an advisor to Alterity Partners, a New York based merger and acquisition firm. Mr. Yetter was most recently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Synavant, Inc., a leading provider of pharmaceutical Customer Relationship Management software for the biopharmaceutical industry, which was recently acquired by Dendrite International. Prior to joining Synavant, Mr. Yetter was the Chief Operating Officer at IMS Health, Inc., where he led global operations in more than 100 countries. He has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, the U.S. Division of the global pharmaceutical company Novartis Pharma AG, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Astra Merck. Yetter began his career at Merck & Co., holding a variety of product management and marketing positions including Vice President, Marketing Operations, where he was responsible for Merck's global marketing functions.
